SETTING UP

Setting up hours

If not otherwise specified, setting up times on the show floor will be as follows:

Wednesday April 7, 2010		from 08.00 a.m. to 08.00 p.m. (only unfurnished booths)
Thursday April 8, 2010		from 08.00 a.m. to 08.00 p.m.
Friday April 9, 2010		from 08.00 a.m. to 08.00 p.m.

Booths and all their displays shall be ready within 08.00 p.m. on April 9, 2010.

Dismantling hours

If not otherwise authorized, all exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 06.00 p.m. on Wednesday April 14, 2010. The exhibitors can move out as follows:

Tuesday April 13, 2010		from 04.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
Wednesday April 14, 2010		from 08.00 a.m. to 06.00 p.m.

Requests to stay in the Exhibit facility other than the dates and hours mentioned above must be submitted not later than 3rd April 2009. the Organisation reserves the right to accept or deny them based on availability
